I need some help girls?

Is there anything that makes periods come faster? I am late by one day. And I'm a little nervous. Any ideas? So please send me some of your expreieces and tips and tricks. I have heard that using things like hot water or something like that?

That's what I'm talking about, and you just have to take it once, and it should work, but if you wanna make sure take it like twice a day

There is but you won't like it. Get some parsley (1/3 bunch) and steep it in hot water (about two cups) for about five minutes. Drink this 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days. Parsley has a nutrient in it that causes uterine cramps. I also recommend taking 5,000mg of vitamin C 2x a day while doing this. I've done it twice and my period always comes within 3 days. WARNING: it tastes like crap!!! I am also not a doctor, this was just passed down among the women in my family.

Do you have a regular or irregular cycle? Cause if you are irregular or even regular is normal that it can be late a day or two though. You don't have to worry about it, it can be for many reasons, from stress, to eating disorders, but if you really need something for your period to come early, try root beer, you have to heat it, and when it boils, put it on a glass and drink it (of course not at the moment cuz you're gonna get burnt, but it has to be hot) it has worked for me, it can even cause and abortion

I don't know if it's possible to make ur period come early, however maybe ur a little late because the change of season, or u stressing about something.  Take a breather and if ur period doesn't come in the next couple of days , than next step is to....whatever u decide is the next thing to do.
