Losing hope

We’ve had 3 rounds of ivf with pgd over the past year and a bit due to a genetic condition I have (fragile/deletion X chromosome) each round we’ve made embryos but 0/13 grew to day 5 to have the biopsy taken, they grow to day 3 and then stop. Got a 2nd opinion and the clinic said they couldn’t treat us. And my genetic counsellor says the chance of a natural pregnant is ‘very slim’ I don’t want to give up but I don’t know how much more I can take and not sure how I feel about using donor eggs😔
