Which week do you find out gender????

Question

I have my NT screening on Monday at 12 weeks 6 days so I don’t expect to be told gender then...
I have my next OB appt at 16 weeks but I don’t think you usually get an ultrasound at that appointment, or do you???

Then the next after that is my anatomy scan at 20 weeks. Unless we pay for a private ultrasound, is this when most ppl find out the gender ??? Seems like forever to wait

(With the exception of those who found out through NIPT. My NIPT results don’t include the gender :( )

I had an elective scan done at my doctors office at 16 weeks to find out the gender. They tried to check at 14+6 but it wasn’t clear enough on the ultrasound to tell. And usually isn’t until at least 16 weeks.

15 weeks at a private ultrasound appt. we paid to have the gender determination scan done as well as a 3D look at our baby GIRL 💕

With my daughter I found at at 18+2, with my current baby I have my ultrasound scheduled for 20+6. Some people find out early at 14-16 weeks, doctors around me seem to prefer around 18 weeks, but I've seen a lot of doctors waiting until 19-21 weeks to be sire of gender.

Usually people find out at the 20 week anatomy scan, that's when I found out with both of mine.
