If IVF is successful, when do I switch back to my regular OB?

Anyone know at what point in pregnancy you switch from specialist back to regular OB? My IVF Doctor is 2 hours away, just curious how long I will have to make the trip if successful.

My fertility doc released me after my 8 week checkup.

8-10 weeks of pregnancy. You don’t have a lot of appointments after transfer anymore, just 1-2. You can call your regular ob/gyn as soon as you have a positive test/see a heartbeat and switch.

I was 11w2days at my last fertility appt. I had my first reg OB appt the next day. You can over lap them a little since your OB will want to see you during your first trimester
