Whole body aching?

Is it normal for your whole body to ache? 25+1 I had court all day yesterday with my abusive ex and he got found guilty I’m so happy I could cry! But I’ve woken up today and my whole body aches, is this normal will baby be okay?

Congrats on him being found guilty! He will get what he deserves. 
And yes. I’m 28 weeks and when I am out of the house for a while the next day my body will feel like I ran a marathon!

Here’s my thought - you had to be “on” in court, but you were probably super stressed, so you were probably pushing it out of your mind. 
Now that it’s resolved, your body is just letting all that stress flow. 
Not at all the same but I just had two weeks of work where I worked 20 hours a week of overtime each week, and now I’m on vacation and I am SO SORE. I swear it’s my body being like “oh ok heres all the stress and pain you didn’t have the time or energy to deal with the past two weeks” 😭
