Monistat 3 and...?

I got this awful burning itchy yeast infection a couple days ago and after trying to just use apple cider vinegar and it not working, I got monistat 3. I've only ever used the 7 day one but has anyone had success with 3? I noticed it burns more than the 7. I'm on day 2 and still having some burning throughout the day but it's getting better.

Also, is there anything else I can do aside from the monistat (since it's only done at night) to help this go away faster?? It's driving me absolutely insane
