Weird dream

So I’m currently sick have some kind of cold and me and my boyfriend of 3 years have been trying to conceive our first baby.. a couple of minutes ago I woke up from a nap with fever and all but I had a really crazy dream/vision I guess that I my self was staring down to a pregnancy test and I was looking at two lines... and I could see in my dream that I couldn’t believe it and right before I woke up I said “what does this mean” and woke up again with fever and all.. I laid in bed with chills and that dream that looked so damm real has been on my mind. I read a story that this girl found out she was pregnant because she was really sick with a strep throat and when checking in at the clinic for that is when she found out she was expecting. It’s been driving me crazy for 2+ hours and I’m strongly thinking about taking a test just so I won’t be thinking that but I’m so against pregnancy test I just hate the feeling of not being good enough every time I see a negative. I just want to see if this has happened to anyone else and it was a positive result or I’m I just crazy. It’s been like 3 days I’ve been sick giving it one more day to see how I feel and if it’s any different I’m going to get checked.
