Any remedies for a cold?

Hey ladies, I have a sore throat, headache and of course I’m tired lol I’m 25 weeks so far. Does anyone know of things to help this cold go away? I’ve been drinking lots of water and sleeping a ton.

Hydrate and sleep will definitely help. Also try a humidifier at night and the Neil-Med sinus rinse. If it’s really bad you can use Flonase.
