Exercise and ppd or antipartum depression

Im 18 weeks pregnant and struggling with depression. Never have before except when I was on mirena for 3 months (it got so bad within 3 montha that I was about to contact a divorce attorney...12 hours after removal of the iud I was happy and pretty much fine). I've had a somewhat rougher pregnancy this time with morning sickness, exhaustion (2 under 2 and pregnant will do that while working 2 jobs).

Has anyone found working out helps enough with depression to not need anything else...no meds etc. I would hate to take meds but finding time for 30 min to workout means less sleep bc of my ft job, side job and running a household of 4. Any inspiration or motivation would be greatly appreciated. Just as a note, i used to to hiit workouts regularly pre pregnancy/pre morning sickness.
