Would you rather-

Sleep with the girl who doesn’t know they have herpes, so therefore you risk not using a condom, she doesn’t know the herpes symptoms (tingling/numbness before an outbreak) AND consequently isn’t on any medication.

OR

Sleep with somebody (aka me in this hypothetical) who knows they have herpes, so you know to use protection, is aware of their body and symptoms so knows when best to avoid sex altogether, and IS on medication.

Also the fact that the virus is so damn common, he’s probably already been with “the girl who didn’t know she had herpes” or could very likely be with her in the future!

I’m not ready to tell the guy yet, but it’s something I’m trying to refine since a lot of guys think that rejecting me, leaves them much less likely to catch herpes, when really they have no clue who they’re risking unprotected sex with!
