Weird pregnancy

So I’ve been told by people that I know and are aware that I’m pregnant that I’m having a really weird pregnancy. I’m 20 weeks today, but I didn’t find out that I was pregnant until I was 16.5 as I had none of the usual symptoms and it was by chance that I found out at a doctors appointment. Even though I’m 20 weeks now I’ve still had no symptoms although I occasionally feel a sharp pain, I also barely look like I’m pregnant as I’ve had a bit of a stomach for the last couple years and I’ve yet to feel any movement.
