Quick sharp pinching/ stabbing pain ???

Last night I had a quick pinching/stabbing pain on my right side, I believe near my ovary area, it only lasted seconds but was intense, caught me off guard. I ovulated approx 4 days ago with positive opk and baby danced very often during that time. Has any of you ladies experience this sensation after ovulation?could it have been implantation Let me know if you have and what was the outcome? ☺
