Need advice

We have been ttc for over a year. Went my doctor and got blood work done as well as an ultrasound. Everything has came back ok but still not pregnant. We tried pre seed during this last cycle and had sex everyday during my fertile window. Still nothing, period started today:( everyone around me is pregnant and it is all I hear about. I am so discouraged and looking for advice.
