Weight loss and pregnant.
I got pregnant while trying to lose weight. I was born with a heart condition that made doctors tell me to not work out until we can figure out a way to control it. And I have high blood pressure that is caused my my heart condition and not helped by my weight. I have always been big my biological family they are big as well. Well I had a miscarriage and wanted to lose weight to become healthier so that when I have a baby I will be healthy and confident. Well I went from 240lbs to 220lbs and then found out I’m pregnant. I have medication that has my heart and blood pressure under control now and is safe during pregnancy. I have been walking but I don’t want to be 260lbs by the end of this pregnancy and not be able to lose it.
I want to continue to lose weight but I want to do it in a way that is safe and healthy for the baby. Any advice? Any tips or ideas?
