Poop, TMI photo

Here we go again. luckily we see dr today for his 4 months and I'm asking. Little man is 4 months old and exclusively breastfed, no solids or formula ever. I understand these babies can go up to a week without pooping but that their poop is very liquid also. He goes till day 6 or 7, or sometimes 8 or 9 before pooping and he struggles the last few days. I just sat with him on day 9 for 20 min while i felt him straining. We blew our diaper out but its liquid with these globs of peanut butter poop. sorry for the graphic image but what do y'all think?
