Hypnobirthing Course Recommendations?

Hello ladies! This question is for those that have tried hypnobirthing/is planning on using this method. I have had several friends swear by this method! Unfortunately we are not in a place where we can physically go and take a hypnobirthing class in person, so I’m wondering what the best online course, book, or audio course is to use as an alternative for both my husband and I?

Most of the wonderful information I have on it has come from watching videos of mamas doing it during labor, and or talking about what they did after. As well as just lost of research online. Everyone does it a little different based on their specific needs and likes, so it’s good to watch and read about the different stuff they do and specialize it to your needs. 
You will also need to make sure that the hospital you are delivering at accepts certain things, so if you wanted to do aromatherapy, you’d have to confirm that you are allowed to run a diffuser in your room. Most of the time they are pretty open to whatever will make mama more comfortable and ready for birth, but it’s always nice to make sure ahead of time
