Can anyone relate?

Teri • I am 20 years old and currently pregnant with #1 ❤️
I started ovulated cd17 I've taken in morning and at night (so twice daily) so yes those are true. I tested positive for ovulation 8 days in a row. I'm now cd 26. I can't say that I know a egg was released but I do know that I had extremely high fertile mucus and ovary pain on cd 19-20 and that's my positive LH surge. Since than I am currently still having watery mucus. I feel wet all day long. I am crampy. And my boobs hurt the worse I've ever expirenced. I feel I need to add I was on nexplanon for 6 years. Got removed August 16th. I had my first period September 16th! Cd 17 I got my first positive ovulation test. And they stayed positive for 8 days. CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME. PLEASE. If it's a normal 30 day cycle my period is due in 4 days. And I feel I should be try and not really wet. Idk what to think anymore :(
