Cysts

I got my hormonal iud taken out because my OBGYN said the progesterone in it was likely causing my ovarian cysts. Now I’m in an estrogen based pill and I’ve got another very painful cyst. So I don’t know what’s causing them, I can’t get in to see my OBGYN or anyone in that office for two weeks because they’re booked, and I can’t afford to go to the ER again. And urgent care will just send me to the ER. Where they’ll spend $4,000 out of my pocket in tests to send me home with 50mg tramadol and ibuprofen. I just need a painkiller so I can wait out the cyst. I’m stressed. Any ideas?
