Driving 145 miles

My partner is in the navy and I'm

Planning on driving all the way to his base when I get a smiley face on my ovulation stick .... Is that crazy ???? Lol it's about 145 what's my chances ?? I know we can conceive as we recently had a miscarriage so I have all my fingers and toes crossed for this one!
