Possible constipation remedy?
So in two weeks I have gone from one extreme to the other in the bathroom dept. (I actually went to the doctor for tests to make sure I didn't have a bug). I was backed up for the past 3 days (which is normal for some but I go once or twice a day). I wasn't getting cramps thankfully but I was feeling full. After many attempts with no avail I was ready to buy some prunes and prune juice and make a date with my toilet. But then I got on the floor and did some yoga stretches. 20 minutes later RELIEF! I really think this kid was just sitting on my bowels and preventing them from moving. A little yoga got things moving and opened up. So next time you are backed up you tube pregnancy yoga and try it for 10 minutes. 😀
