Well I’m cd 36 on my second round of 50 mg clomid. I took Progesterone 4 days after ovulation up until 2 days ago cd 34 and have gotten BFNs without even the slightest hint of a line. I’m currently waiting on AF to arrive to start round 3...

It totally stinks, but I’ll do what I need to do in order to conceive. I was diagnosed with PCOS 3 months ago, and wasn’t ovulating on my own. I took clomid days 3-7 on both rounds and I am taking these meds without being monitored. To me this is odd, especially reading numerous stories of women getting their follicles checked etc. I haven’t even spoken to my doctor since she gave me the instructions to start.

I have seen other women with successful rounds after changing the days they take their clomid, so wondering if I should maybe take it a different set of days instead of 3-7?

I’m also concerned with not being checked on by my doctor. It stinks not knowing if the medication is working or not...and I’m not sure if the 50 mg is doing the trick because of the last two failed rounds.

Any advice on what to do?
