NICU time ?

Question

I am a high risk pregnancy so there is a possibility I will go into labor early. The hospital I go to has no NICU so my baby would have to get sent out an hour away if it needed to go for any reason. I am wondering how many weeks were you when you delivered your baby that need to spend any time in the NICU . And yes I have thought about changing hospitals but I love the way my doctor cares for me and the plan we have made (for me to see him every week starting at 30 weeks and many other things) please help :)

I was 37 weeks when,i had my son and he got sent an hour away to a different hospital too. He was there 2 weeks. My hospital let me out early to be able to go see him instead of keeping me there.

My twins were born at 34+5 and spent ten days in the nicu. They let us stay there in a hospitality suite after I was discharged (4 days) so I never left them.

I was not high risk with my first, but she showed up at 33w6d and spent 10 days in the Nicu to stabilize glucose levels, monitor breathing, eating and development.
