No period after miscarriage

so this is what I’m looking at, pink being the days I bled after my early miscarriage. I still haven’t had a period I have taken about 7 tests 5 of which showed super faint lines the two most recent showing none but still no bleeding. I called my doctors office they’ve been no help just said to wait another week and if a test comes out positive they’ll do a blood test. But if it doesn’t then what’s up? Why haven’t I had a period yet? why do I feel super tired, emotional and nauseous? Why aren’t my tests showing dark positives if I am? Sorry you guys Ive been trying not to stress about it all I just want to understand what’s going on with my body....
