No symptoms again....

Ok my first pregnancy i had no symptoms other than intense hunger and I lost that baby around 11 weeks. One of the most painful things to have gone through.

My second pregnancy i had such bad vomiting and nausea i lost weight. Whole first trimester. He came out a suuuuper healthy baby.

Now im pregnant again and no symptoms except intense hunger. Im scared it's gona end in miscarriage again.

People who have had multiple pregnancies successful and not, what are your thoughts?
