Cyst on baseline?

Hey ladies I have a 24mm cyst on my right ovary. My estradiol level was 53 and they want it under 20. They told me to stay on Lupron 20 units for another week, has anyone been in the same boat?

That happened to me on my first cycle. My cyst was 18mm. Estrogen was 47. Even though my estrogen was good they made me wait two more weeks on bcp just to be safe. At the next check it went down to 14mm which they said was no problem.  I was not happy and I feel it may have over suppressed me. I am a poor responder already and that cycle I had to cancel on stim day 6 due to slow response. It always sucks having to wait more but I'm sure it'll go down. I had my suppression check for my second cycle today and was so worried there would be another cyst but there wasn't. Good luck!
