Today I am 26 + 3

Today I am 26 weeks and 3 days. It’s the day in my last pregnancy that after 5 days of hospitalization my son decided to make his way into the world. With my son I never had any stretch marks, never had to wear maternity clothing. When I went to the emergency room the nurse didn’t even realize I was pregnant until I said it. This pregnancy is so different, baby girl is so active all the time, I definitely look pregnant (I feel huge!) and I have stretch marks!

Stretch marks are so normal, and most women hate them. Not going to say I love them, because I don’t, but every morning when I put cream on my belly and I see them I can’t help but smile a little, because it means she’s still in there, still growing. I’ll take a body full of stretch makes if it means she stays in.

We’ll see you in 96 days baby girl, we are all so excited, but definitely okay with waiting.

I’m so terrified this pregnancy, everything looks good and doctors are hopeful that I will make is full term. We are doing everything we can to make that happen ❤️
