AF cramping coming in waves good sign or bad

7 days till AF arrives. Ovulation was Peak 9/9 & 9/10. We BD three days before, the day before Ovulation and the day of. Tonight at 12am I’ll be 8 DPO. Having slight AF cramps, sore boobs and heartburn. Chances high or low? My hopes have been high so I’m hoping it’s my month
