Spotting after sex

So im 5+3 weeks and my hubby and I were intimate last night. I woke up this morning to get ready for work and when i wiped i had some pink spotting. Of course i called the doc freaking out and they told me its normal and to monitor it. But my question is have any of you ladies had this happen this early on and go on to have a healthy pregnancy. Ive already had a miscarriage in August so of course im thinking the worst
