Need some advice

I hate calling my doctor for no reason but this is my second pregnancy and it's a boy so carrying him has been a lot different then carrying my daughter was :) but for the past two days I have not really been able to walk :( iv had problems with my saitic nerve since 14 weeks but it's like it hurts to walk no matter what side the pain is on and I've been having pressure in my pelvic region nothing to bad :( but my question is it this something to call the doctor about or should I just wait and see what happens????
