Discharge / Possiblely Trich ?

So I recently got a UTI and I don’t know if it’s natural to get as much discharge as I’m getting. I’m having to change my undies 3-4 times a day and my pants are always wet. I know it’s a UTI cause that’s what the doctor diagnosed but could it be something else as well? Also some bumble pop upped around my Vag. Really just on the lips and a couple on my butt. I have a really painful one near the entrance of the 🐱 yea I don’t know what to do.
