So confused

I'm due on in 4-5 days i think as I have pcos but I spent all day today with my head hanging over the toilet dry heaving not throwing up whilst walking my daughter to nursery I felt like I was going to throw up everywhere I've been having dull cramps in my belly heck of a lot easier to deal with than my period cramps and my boobs have been so sore they feel like they're on fire and my partner commented on how perky my boobs look I literally have no boobs I'm a b cup but he's noticing changes and I'm always going for a wee even if it's a bit I definitely don't have any infections I took a test and got a faint line more noticeable at a certain angle but going to retest when my periods due
