Spotting?

Hi so im 12+1 and i been spotting as in when i wipe but nothin on my underwear ... is it something i should be worried bout ? I have an appt friday should i wait till friday or go to the ER ?

If its thats light then you don't need to go to the er you can call your dr office and get advice but they'll likely just check you out at your appointment i had some bright red spotting at 12 weeks 6 days and was told if i wasn't soaking a pad or in a lot of pain i didnt need to go to the er and after being checked at the dr the next day i found out my placenta was low lying and that it was likely the cause of the bleed since things are stretching a lot it can tug on the placenta and cause the bleeding. They said spotting at that time in pregnancy is super common i just hadnt bled with my other 2 pregnancies it worried me but my baby has been fine

I started spotting last Thursday 12w4d and I called the doctor and got an appointment it the same day turned out I have a small bleed so it something that we have to watch so I will get an ultrasound at my next appointment.

14 weeks tomorrow and I noticed some light spotting today..  I called my OB.. They did not seem overly worried but made an appointment for Friday to get checked out..

How much and how often? Also when did you have intercourse last? That can cause it.
