? Blood clot

Hi ladies.. I want your opinions.. I was put on bed rest for the weekend and  now have a tight feeling in my left calf. It's sore like a muscle cramp. There is no redness, swelling and is not warm. I was told to lay on my left side so am wondering if it's just a muscle cramp from laying down? I'll be calling tomorrow if it continues. Just wondering what everyone thinks
