Trying to conceive

Me & my Fiancé been trying to have a baby for almost a year & when I expect my period to come on a certain day it comes on a different day except for one whole month I ain’t had no period but the following month I did I keep thinking if there’s anything stopping us from having kids cuss I will feel the symptoms that a pregnant woman will have but I wouldn’t be pregnant I don’t know what to do no more it’s making me wanna a give up on trying to have a baby 😩💔😢
