Really long labia

So I'm really embarrassed about how my vagina looks. My labia is really long, like it's always outside of my vagina lips 😁 and it's so embarrassing and it kind of gets in the way of masterbating and inserting a tampon and all of that. I'm seriously considering Surgery to make it shorter and more attractive. And thoughts on that?
