Could I be having twins?

Question

I'm at 10 weeks and we haven't had an ultrasound since week 5 which they could only see the yolk sac. I've had bad morning sickness both in the morning and evening and I have gotten very large very quickly. Just looking for opinions
This is me at week 5 when we found out I was pregnant

Its just bloat, your uterus is still in your pelvis at ten weeks, I'm pregnant with twins and didn't start showing until week 12. Its obviously still possible but the only way to know for sure is through ultrasound

Is this your first child?? I'm 11 weeks and have no bump at all. I'm definitely thicker in my mid section but it just looks like I packed on fall fluff lol

By 10 weeks I didn't have a bump but I could palpate my uterus almost to my belly button already at 7 weeks. I knew I was having twins when that happened
