Surprise Baby!

Finally feeling a little settled in at home with my sweet baby born on 09.06.19. We waited until delivery to find out we were having a GIRL! 🥰💕🎀 At birth she weighed 6lbs 15oz and was 20in long. She came at the perfect time- on her due date and she shares a birthday with her grandma (my mom)!

I threw my birth plan out the window but was able to have a vaginal delivery. About 22 hours of labor but only 35 minutes of pushing! Her cord was wrapped around her neck at birth and she swallowed amniotic fluid so she was in the Nicu for 5 days. We had a scary start but we are loving being at home with our family now.
