I am terrified

We lost our baby girl on July 17th, it took 5 weeks to get my period back. Our doctor said we could start TTC on our first cycle but we only did it once when the opk said positive because my husband was busy. I took a hpt at 10 dpo and was negative so i drank on Saturday a few beers. Today I was a day late.. I am never late so I took another test today. Today I spotted very very little... So it is another late implantation as my MC on July and I am terrified it will happen again 😭😭😭😭😭
