Did/do you eat sandwich meat while pregnant?

I'm craving a bologne sandwich soo bad. Of course deli meat is one of those things they say to avoid, though I haven't followed those rules perfectly as I've still eaten shrimp (I make sure it's well cooked) 
I know they say if you cook the meat to high enough temperature then it's safe but I don't want cooked meat lol I like it cold on my sandwich 😆
It's a struggle, I don't necessarily believe that by eating one sandwich I'm going to hurt my baby but it's causing inner turmoil 😂😭

Pre-packaged meat is fine. The issue is cross contamination from cutting multiple meats on one slicer without proper cleaning or sanitation. Don’t get it from the deli counter and you’ll be fine.

I work at subway soo...... lol I eat sandwiches all the time. Ive legit never heard that deli meat is bad while pregnant. 😳

Even if there’s no listeria scare the nitrates and other preservatives I’m cheap meat like bologna and hot dogs are bad for you and baby (and planet)

Ive never heard dont eat shrimp. Pretty much any meat is fine as long as its cooked properly or pasteurized. You can have deli meats just heat it until steaming
