How early can pregnancy symptoms start?

For three days before this app said I was ovulating my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and today I have had nausea all day so far and sore boobs. Could this be from ovulating or could I have really early pregnancy symptoms ?

I knew when I got pregnant about at 2 week because I was watching myself and I know the symptoms to look for...mostly a big change downstairs... I was 4 weeks on my first appointment which was two weeks after I told them of the positive pregnancy test.... I didn't have any other symptoms until I was about 5 or six weeks I'm now 8 weeks

With my first my peeing increased right away and I was nauseated early on and super tired so much so I took a pregnancy test a week before my period bc I was so sure I was pregnant. It was negative but a week later was positive.
