8 Weeks no heartbeat on ultrasound?

I have been really struggling  here guys. Went in yesterday for 2nd ultrasound. I should have been 8wks+1d according to my last period. Doctor saw yolk sac, But no heart beat flicker. They want me to go back in 9 days, on the 27th to check again. But said either my dates are off or it's not viable. My uterus is tilted, which could have affected it, but I'm worried. Has this happened to anybody else? What was the outcome?

This happened to me with my first pregnancy. The next time I went in there was a little flicker of a heart beat but not measuring the right size and I definitely knew my dates. So, they wanted me to go back in a week and baby had disappeared. I had a missed miscarriage. It was awful! I really hope everything is okay. But, if it isn’t, know that the baby wasn’t healthy and trust in your body. My heart is going out to you!

I will be honest this happened to me last year. I had a scan around 8 weeks and the doctor saw a yolks sac and fetal pole but no heartbeat. I went a week or two later and the doctor was able to see a yolk sac but no fetal pole. I miscarried naturally 3 weeks later. I hope you're situation is different than mine, praying for the best

Are you sure you’re 8 weeks? Even if you were 6 weeks you’d probably be able to see the HB.. are you def off by that much? I also saw on another post you mentioned some light bleeding ... I just want to say I’m really sorry 💔😢 it does sound like a MC. What did your US clock you in at? Like what were the dates it gave you and what were you able to see?
