Is there ANY difference 😔......

I've been taking these ovulation tests at least 2x a day trying to catch my surge but I SWEAR I keep getting the same colored line EVERY time! I would think it would get at least lighter OR darker but they all look like this. The top 2 are from yesterday and the bottom one was just now. Is there any difference?
