Boyfriend masturbating

Does anybody else hate it when your boyfriend masturbates?? Like you’re sitting there horny asf (and he knows this) so you’re trying to coax him into bed for frisky time and then he has the AUDACITY to say “I feel like having a wank” and then he makes the most out of it - he takes like 30-60 minutes! He puts more thoughts into his wanks than he does into sex!!!
