Very painful

So randomly (since I was about 15ish, now 22) I would get lingering sometimes excruciating pain on the right side of my body where I think my uterus would lie (idk though) and if it randomly starts hurting a little bit I know for sure intercourse with my husband will be a big no bc it hurts sooooo bad. Its only on the right side where I feel it though and its not every time but most times oh and I have never orgasmed.. Plus my periods are pretty irregular and I've been having unprotected sex for over two years and not even one pregnancy scare. Idk why but I feel like they all may be related. Doctors are awfully expensive so I haven't gone though I know I will eventually. Any ideas??
