Why is your toddler crying?!?

My son didn't nap yesterday.  Its hit or miss these days. He also slept like crap last night and woke up around 11:30 because he couldn't find Abu (his Monkey) and stayed awake for a good hour plus crying a few more times for various reasons. He then woke up at 6:20 this morning.  
Reasons he's cried include:
- my hands were folded
- my feet touched his kitchen chair
- my feet were resting on the table legs
- he wanted eggs, then didn't 
- I turned off Bubble Guppies 
Please send help! Its not even 10am. I'm stocked with vodka so a cocktail might just happen later on.
Tell me I'm not alone. Why are your toddlers crying?

I gave her the apple she asked for, I put her water in the wrong blue cup, I believed her when she said she was done eating and took her plate, I told her she couldn’t fit in the baby jumper, I asked if she needed to go potty, her dad was holding her baby brother and not her, her pajamas were “twisty”... feeling better?

There are so many things... and thinking this thru just one day makes me realize all the little things I do to avoid these random toddler meltdowns 😂
So I’ll write things I did to avoid the meltdowns and what caused new meltdowns 😂
Stop lights not put in the certain place in his bed when he first wakes up (he leaves train stop lights to bed) wants to keep them in his bed 
Not letting him eat diaper rash lotion 
Putting the blinds up to not putting them up
Stirring his porridge 
Some days he wants his porridge warm and other days doesn’t want it warm 
Giving him the wrong colored cup
Wrong shoes or socks 
Not his thick winter coat when it’s still 60 and hotter, sunny out  
Not letting him throw rocks down the outdoor stairs or pick the berries off the bushes 
Not helping him or helping him at the playground 
Woeh the big emotions and I understand they are trying to sort out being independent but no wonder we feel tired by the end of the day. Have another one of these little emotional beings on the way too 😂 please help me god hahah
