Extremely Sleep Deprived !

So my target was to breastfeed my son for atleast a year and I'm so happy that i was able to do it inspite of having reduced milk supply and being a full time working mother. But I am ready to stop now because he still wakes up multiple times at night and I am severely sleep deprived. Our son has always slept with us on our bed at nights and I usually feed him laying down. He wakes up and searches for my boob and starts crying until he finds it. Nothing else seems to soothe him and he only settles for the boob. Has anybody experienced this with your kid and what worked for you...? I am desperate guys.... :( I really want my son to start sleeping for longer stretches at night.
