Anyone else not feeling anything?

I’m 4 weeks 6days today- other then boob soreness (that comes and goes) and taking some naps throughout the day (which I normally don’t do) I’m not feeling any other symptoms. This is my first pregnancy and I’m so anxious. It doesn’t feel real! Anyone else feel the same way? Am I supposed to be feeling more ? Had to retake a HPT today to make sure I was still pregnant! Haha

Same here. I’m 4wks5days first baby and I feel the same except for being sleepy oh and craving spicy hamburgers everyday!!!!! Think my thoughts on pregnancy were made up lol

I just feel very sleepy, have insomnia and stored breats. This is my second pregnancy.

Sickness might not come but 4 weeks can still be very early.... I've been getting waves of feeling sick but not sick yet...

I thinks is to early to feel any symptoms  I don't feel anything except for my sore boobs  and headache
