Has anyone used the owlet sock?

If you have what’s your feedback? I feel like some of the online reviews are skewed and filtered.

Love love love ours. It alerted us when my daughters oxygen was way low when she had RSV, we immediately took her to the Er and she was admitted to the NICU. Never had a false alarm out of it and she just stopped wearing it at 17 months.

Yes. Mine has only gone off for an emergency once when I was feeding my baby at a couple weeks old. Freaked me out but it turns out it’s normal for that to happen and they recommend you turn it off during feedings. It has given me so much peace of mind. I’ve never had a false alarm. It does go off when the sock slips a little and it can’t get a reading but that doesn’t happen often especially if he’s wearing footed pajamas or socks. I love it and will use it till he’s too big, and then for his little brother. They do have an outage every once in a while because technology so their servers don’t work. BUT that just means you can’t check readings on your phone. The base station still works perfectly and will alert you. So it’s not a big deal and very rare.

I got one when I was expecting baby #2. Love it. Used it for baby 3 as well. I get “false alarms” but only if I do something stupid like walk too far from the base while carrying the baby or something like that. 
It is very helpful that you can view your baby’s vitals from your phone so if you ever question something you can see it. 
We love ours so much we actually ordered a second unit bc we are expecting twins.

I used one after my daughter came home from the NICU. It was so reassuring for us. I gave it to another NICU family when my little one out grew it. We will be getting another one for this baby :)
