Zero Sperm -- any success stories?

Question

Hubs has zero sperm and low testosterone. He is taking medication to encourage hormone production, and he has his bloodwork retaken in 2 weeks and another semen analysis in 10 weeks. We are keeping our fingers crossed for good news. 
In the meantime, I'd love to hear if anyone in a similar situation has any success stories theyd like to share! 💛

My husband has low testosterone and a zero sperm count due to the years of testosterone medication he'd been taking. We were never told that testosterone would make his sperm count nearly zero. Once we finally realized what our problem was we found a hormone specialist. He put my husband on Clomid, HCG, Testosterone and Anastrozole. After 6 months of these I got pregnant finally. Unfortunately that pregnancy ended in early miscarriage. We are hoping to get pregnant again and have a healthy baby.

I prayed for a low T diagnosis! If that’s the sole issue they can correct it! I would start the men’s fertility vitamins now too and see what happens in 10 weeks. If he is open to it maybe try to talk about what plan b would be if plan a isn’t an option.

I have a bit of a success story- my husband had 0 speed as well, and has been on meds for two years come January to get his sperm up. Back in March it got up to 20 mil. We got pregnant! But I had a miscarriage really early, just did one round of IUI and he went down to 4 mil.. it’s been a rollercoaster of numbers so hoping this next round of IUI works!

Only way possible is if they biopsy amd find sperm and then do IVF. Going through the same.  That or donor
