Help! What is this?

So I started bleeding yesterday morning, absolutely no cramping, went to the Dr, they checked me out, and sent me home saying to come back if I bleed heavy or get cramps, and said if I were miscarrying I would get bad cramps. My app says I'm 7.5 weeks, the ultrasound they did found a sack but dated it around 5.5, and it was in the uturus and not eptopic...they weren't concerned with the difference since it's still early.

Anyways go to pee and this comes out, the blood clot, and the white sack looking thing(near the bottom)..did I just have a no cramping miscarriage?
